Mouhamad Graduated and achieved a Second Class (Upper Division) Law degree in February 2007. He did his Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the College of Law (London) in 2008. Mouhamad has since worked with numerous law firms based in London and has gained valuable legal experience in the fields of Employment, Immigration and Family Law. 

Mouhamad advises on all areas of employment law including constructive & summary dismissal, bullying & harassment, redundancy, unfair dismissal, breach of contract, restrictive covenants, contracts of employment, whistleblowing, gross misconduct, discrimination and sexual harassment.

Mouhamad is able to advise on all aspects of Personal and Business immigration law. He advises both private clients and corporate businesses in the UK and Overseas. He advises businesses on Sponsor Licence applications, employing highly skilled migrant workers and bringing in representative of an overseas business into the UK. He also works closely with investors in setting up a UK business entities. He also assists private individuals seeking to enter the UK as visitors or any other routes that lead to settlement. He deals with points-based system applications, Human Rights, family and Dependant related visa applications for children, spouses, civil partners, fiancés, unmarried partners and discretion based applications. 

He also assists European Nationals with their EEA family permit and residence card applications and the settled or pre-settled status applications under the new EU Settlement Scheme. He has extensive experiences on all types of immigration appeals and immigration litigation in the High Court, Court of Appeal, Supreme Court and Immigration and Asylum Tribunal. 

Mouhamad is also able to advise on all aspects of Family Law. He assists both married and unmarried couples with divorce law and separation procedures, financial issues, child contact and residence, Domestic violence and injunctions. He also advises on Prenuptial agreements Separation agreements.

Mouhamad speaks fluently in English, Tamil and Malayalam. He is fairly able to communicate in French.
